No matter how old or young, established or new a business is, it’s tough to deny that social media now plays a major role in reaching and retaining customers. But while few could pull off this level of content creation, the engagement and success it has created is a monumental case study to show how important having a strong personal brand is to the success of modern entrepreneurship.
